Customized Plan Forward for your Budget and Context

Proven Strategies & Ongoing evaluation from seasoned ministry leaders

Training environments & accountability for sustained health

Can you think of a time...

where you launched a new initiative, group, or program with the hope of helping the people in your church really grow in their walk with God?
As you begin you are excited and have great visions of long-term impact and life transformation for your church. But over time you start to lose energy as you see the impact and interest wain. Eventually, the program dies out and you start all over trying to come up with the next latest and greatest way to engage your people.

Depending on how long you have been in ministry

This may have happened to you more than once, leaving you more frustrated each time a new program dies out. As this happens over and over again it probably leaves you feeling defeated. You are not alone.
This can happen to even the most experienced leaders. The truth is that any initiative, especially movements of multiplication, will dwindle over time if not evaluated, nurtured, and supported. Without ongoing training, encouragement, and accountability this can happen to any movement of multiplying disciples.

THE TEAM OF COACHES AT discipleFIRST HAVE BEEN RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE.

We have felt the same feelings of defeat and frustrations. We have also seen the other side of that frustration. Our coaches are actively leading and sustaining healthy movements of multiplying disciples in their own ministries. Let us help you see generational impact in your ministry.
