In the Build Phase of our ministry we are mentoring churches to lay a foundation upon which they can begin to Build a Disciple-Making church. The ways we help churches to lay a foundation upon which they can begin to Build a Disciple-Making church are:
1 on 1 Mentoring
1 on 1 Mentoring is a close partnership with your church or ministry and the discipleFIRST staff. This partnership ranges from 1 – 2 Years. During this time, discipleFIRST would be a guide and resource as your church journeys to become a Disciple-Making church. Our staff will help you avoid common traps or detours that might occur along the way. We will also create opportunities for you and your leadership to explore Jesus’ model of ministry and apply that within your church’s context.
