Ken Adams

Ken is the lead pastor at Crossroads, and has a passion for being a disciple of Christ and pouring his life into others who have a desire to walk as Jesus walked. As a result of that passion, spiritual growth became the number one goal for Crossroads. Crossroads began to use his resources in its small groups in the early 1990’s. His curriculum was so successful in achieving Crossroad’s goals, Ken decided to make his resources available to other churches. Impact Discipleship Ministries, Inc. was founded in 2002. Since that time, churches across the U.S. and across the globe are actively using Impact’s resources. Ken continues to lead training seminars on the Disciple Making Church strategy, and continues to develop new resources to help churches and individuals develop fully trained disciples of Jesus Christ.
